Clean very friendly fabulous views quiet pool area

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful- gave us some great recommendations. Wonderful views. very clean and nicely decorated.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were great and it was a lovely place to relax.

The location is not ideal, be prepared to walk.

very relaxed ,comfortable hotel, with lovely pool and fantastic views, with balconies both in room and restaurants, far superior to description run of the house room!

Very helpful staff. Lovely setting just outside Sorrento,with sea and vesuvius views. The staff were very aware of the importance of a gluten-free diet which made the holiday even more enjoyable. Easy tranport links to Ercolano ,Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.

Perhaps more frequent courtsey bus times.

We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Our hotel room had the most stunning view of the mountains and the sea and over to Naples across the bay. The roof top swimming pool in beautiful landscaped gardens is one of the nicest pool I have seen in a hotel. The room was spacious and nice. The staff were really lovely and so helpfull. You have a very short walk into the heart of Sorrento but the only downside is the walk up the hill to the hotel after a night out - it certainly works off the calories - but overall it is definately worth it. I would 100% return to the Hotel Cristina.

The hotel has good location on the mountain on top of a hill near Sorrento with great view of the sea. It offers a good shuttle service to and from the hotel to the city center. The staff were very helpful. The checkout time is fantastic as you can leave as late as 12:00!

The breakfast could have been better - we missed brown bread and a selection of cold cuts and fresh food. The coffee was from a machine and this is unacceptable for an Italian hotel! The breakfast staff were in hurry to clean up although some of us were still sitting.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There suggestions for dinner were great. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

It was futher away from the center and the traffic below was loud.

The hotel was very comfortable, the food was good and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Great value with superb views.

The location was fantastic. Just outside the heart of the town but within 5 mins walk of everything the town offers. The buffet breakfast provided a decent selection and a hot cooked breakfast was also included.

The parking is valet parking only. It takes quite a while to get your car especially if there's a queue after check-out in the morning.

Very nice hotel, well located. Wonderful sea and mountain view. The food was also very good. Would go back again for sure.

Not so much shuttle between downtown and hotel during the day. We had to walk it several times (40 minutes of walking)...
